Enter Race Finish Data
At the end of the race (or as runners cross the finish line), you enter (or scan) the runner numbers in order into the “Race Finish Data” sheet. As each runner number is entered, RunnerCalc finds that runner in the roster and fills in the runner’s name, school and grade. If desired, the runner’s time can also be entered. Alternatively, times can be imported from an external timer or from the built-in timer. As runners are entered, RunnerCalc performs validity checks to ensure the runner numbers exists in the roster and that a duplicate number has not been entered.
User entries are made only in the light-green colored cells.
If desired, runner numbers can be scanned from barcodes instead of typed. See Using Barcodes.
